• Email is held on the storage provided by Microsoft Inc. and backed up using an encrypted storage facility.
• Please refer to the information published by these companies in relation to encryption and security. We are comfortable that they provide a very secure storage solution.
• Our IT equipment is protected by a high-grade firewall and antivirus software which is managed by an external specialist

Liability

We agree to take reasonable measures to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.

In the event of a data breach, we shall ensure that our obligations under applicable data protection laws are complied with where necessary.

We will provide our staff with training to ensure that they are up to date on data protection and GDPR.
