Our Approach

We are long standing (established in 1985) with proven track record of supplying high quality wood chip to customers in the South East. Our wood chip is locally sourced, dried and screened, reducing risk of contamination and minimising environmental impact.

Our high quality moisture controlled wood chip is Woodsure Quality Assured wood fuel, a HETAS developed a fuel quality scheme. Our secure, long established, supply chain ensures complete reliability for customers, especially those on Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) Agreements.

Fuel Chip Ltd is proud of its close association with Practicality Brown Ltd who provide a secure supply of legal and sustainable wood chip conforming to all RHI and BSL requirements.

Fuel is supplied usually by volume measured in Cubic Metres (m³) or on long term supply contracts by Heat Output (kWh).

Delivery is offered in different vehicle loads sizes between 25 and 90m³, with the most usual being rigid lorry loads of 35m³ or walking floor articulated loads of 90m³.
