Delivery

We look to deliver what our customers want, where and when they want it. Our customers are serviced via local distribution processing hubs. Local because we believe the industry must be locally focused to minimise the transport carbon footprint. The size and type of vehicle used to deliver the fuel is very dependent on a customer’s wood fuel store’s capacity and the road access to their fuel chip store.

Deliveries of wood fuel chip can be provided by a range of methods:

• Tractor and trailer (20 – 30 cubic meters) tipped
• Hook lift eight-wheel vehicle (30 – 40 cubic meters) tipped
• Articulated trailor (80 – 90 cubic meters) walking floor

Typically deliveries are made within a radius of 30 miles from the closest hub.
